"As filmmakers, we cannot exist in a vacuum. We need to build a network, and the Latino Media Market is a great place to start." - Rodrigo Reyes, 2012 Latino Media Market Fellow and Director of Purgatorio
The Latino Media Market is proud to feature the success of our fellows,
"NALIP was the very first organization that believed in my documentary Purgatorio. I was early in post-production when they invited me to the Latino Media Market in spring of 2012, giving me my very first opportunity to meet face-to-face with key members of the industry. Since then, my film has gone on to screen at nearly 40 film festivals around the world. I have met many of the same people I met at NALIP during my subsequent travels with the film, and the value of that first open door has become clear. If you have a project that you are passionate about, I would encourage you to apply to the Latino Media Market." - Rodrigo Reyes
Now in our tenth year, the Latino Media Market is a unique executive meeting series that matches Latino narrative, documentary and unscripted television projects with funders, studio executives, distributors, agents, and mentors.
