Are you an emerging media maker with a documentary idea, a work-in-progress, or proposal that needs development? Whether you are just beginning, have already shot footage, or have a rough cut and are seeking finishing funds, this session is right for you. Designed primarily for delegates attending the 2014 NALIP Media Summit and content creators in the local communities of Southern California working on their first documentary film, Doing Your Doc is an intimate conversation about project development, process, distribution, and outreach. -The Future of Public Media: Funding Docs./Shorts Project Session - 10:30 am - 12 pm
Saturday, June 7th
- Creating Docs that Make an Impact - 2:30 - 3:45 pm
